What is your return policy?

All sales are final. Please double-check your size and shipping information before placing your order. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us at connect.with.main@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery for assistance.

How is shipping handled?

All orders are shipped via UPS with tracking provided. You’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been processed.

How long does shipping take?

Please allow 2–5 business days for order processing. Once shipped, delivery times vary by location but typically range from 2–7 business days within the U.S.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within the U.S. International shipping may be added in the future—stay tuned.

How can I check my order status?

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package directly through UPS.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders cannot be changed or canceled once they are placed. Please review your order carefully before checking out.

What if my package is lost or stolen?

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by UPS. Please contact UPS directly to file a claim.

Do you offer restocks?

All pieces are limited edition and hand-numbered. We do not restock once items sell out. Follow us on Instagram or sign up for our newsletter to get early access to drops.
